Self Assessment tools

Using the EFQM Exellence model as guide line for the company is a good starting point. But how do you know you have made some progress? How do you know what your achievements are in comparison with other companies? Often difficult to say. Comatech offers three tools to overcome these difficulties:

• Excellent Status Indicator: through this website you can answer a series of questions Your answers are used for the calculation of global score according to the rules of the European Quality Award. You can answer these questions only by yourself, with a unit or with a sample from the whole company. Differences between units and department are easily made visible!
• Business Assessment Manager: this is a software designed in cooperation with E2S. It gives an even broader support for the Self Assessment process.
• Excellence Manager: a software for Self-Assessment developped by Crex.
